Job Opportunity: Spare Parts Coordinator

About the Role:

This position involves managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for inventory management, supply chain coordination, quality control, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock holding and minimize overstocking or stockouts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the timely delivery of spare parts.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation and maintain precise records in our system.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist the Store Team with the receipt of goods, including unloading, checking, labeling, and storing.
  • Shipping and Dispatch: Prepare and prioritize outbound shipments according to availability and executive approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP and inventory management systems.
