Spare Parts Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions. Your responsibilities will also include submitting invoices to customers via email or customer portal, reconciling payables and receivables for CSS and CSF during month-end closing, and generating cost of sales reports for spares, service, repairs, revamping, warranty, vouchers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create quotations for spare part inquiries from customers.
  • Process customer orders and purchase orders.
  • Open sales orders and work orders for customers.
  • Confirm orders with customers within 1 to 3 weeks.
  • Coordinate with France on delivery schedules, missing or wrong parts.
  • Handle customer requirements for certificates of origin and quality.
  • Act with integrity and comply with company procedures and directives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in administration and accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role will be considered.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
