Job Summary

The Business Operations Director at ELF KTV PTE. LTD. is a key role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Business Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills to drive the business toward its objectives and enhance operational performance.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and initiatives to meet organizational objectives. Collaborate with senior management to create and execute short-term and long-term plans.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze financial reports to ensure the business operates within budget. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor staff members, ensuring that the team is motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess business processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relations & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency. Provide recommendations based on analysis of performance data.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the business complies with industry regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards. Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
