Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Manager to lead our power solutions team in the Southeast Asian region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing regional sales operations, and fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

As an Executive Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's goals. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asian region.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across regional offices to achieve sales goals and uphold our commitment to excellence.
  3. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in untapped markets, developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  4. Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  5. Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
