Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Operations Excellence Specialist to join our People Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving internal knowledge and expertise to support our colleagues.

The People Operations Excellence team is responsible for fostering improved communication, quick response rates, clear processes, and accurate data. In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactional elements of the employee lifecycle, developing and maintaining positive relationships with local colleagues and centres of excellence, and proactively engaging and embedding with stakeholders across the People Team and aligned business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local colleagues and centres of excellence
  • Proactively engage and embed with stakeholders across the People Team and aligned business areas
  • Manage HRIS systems to ensure colleague profiles are created, maintained, and accurately updated
  • Handle diverse and confidential information with extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion
  • Support continuous process improvements to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and digitization

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written
  • A self-driven enthusiasm for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to act with integrity, tact, and diplomacy with sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Pro-active problem-solving approach
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR administration
  • Previous experience within a HR shared service environment desirable

Location:

  • This role is open to candidates in all locations across Singapore, and you must have the right to work and live in Singapore
