Product Planning Specialist
At People Profilers, we are seeking a skilled Product Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Product Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from development to launch. Your primary focus will be on SDA and MDA products, ensuring they meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, including product approval, production timing, and product introduction.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, working closely with the sales team.
- Provide regular market updates and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other productivity tools.
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or a related industry is an advantage.
