About Us
The Foundations of Thermodynamics Group at NTU is a newly formed team that focuses on exploring the conceptual foundations of thermodynamics.
We are looking for a skilled Project Officer to manage the day-to-day activities of the group, including coordinating project tasks, managing finances, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Grant Management: Oversee the management of the group's grant, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to grant guidelines.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, and budgets.
- Financial Administration: Monitor project expenditures to guarantee compliance with grant requirements and process claims and expenditures in accordance with university guidelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with funding bodies, researchers, and collaborators on group matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Milestone Monitoring: Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
- Event Organization: Organize meetings, workshops, and events related to the project.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing funding reports, renewal applications, and project evaluations.
