Project Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing audio visual projects from start to finish. This includes collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Key Tasks:
  1. Review and understand statements of work, drawings and schematics to plan project timelines and resources.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of the project to ensure timely, accurate and on-budget completion.
  3. Provide guidance to the project team.
  4. Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
  5. Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project progress.
  6. Manage customer expectations and requirements.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  8. Coordinate handover of completed projects to the service department.
  9. Evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Audio-Visual, Information Technology, Electronics or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the AV industry.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of AV system functionality and installation processes, familiarity with technical and construction documents, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
