Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Field Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repair of air-conditioning systems to resolve faulty equipment issues.
  • Perform on-site testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment and recommend preventive measures for technical problems.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners and assist the team lead in planning daily manpower schedules.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback via phone or on-site.
  • Handle work process procedures including spare parts, billings, job sheets closing and report preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to resolve customer needs.
  • Good knowledge of ACMV, HVAC and Home Electronics.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive learning attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
