Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to our clients.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that all equipment is functioning at optimal levels and provide solutions to any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide on-site technical support and services to clients
  2. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
  3. Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly
  4. Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Working experience in the semi-conductor industry, especially in printed circuit board or packaging substrate industry, is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and ask for support when needed
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for emergencies
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines
  • Japanese speaking ability is an advantage to communicate with Japan HQ and Clients
