Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ACMV Installation Project Coordinator to oversee the complete installation process, from planning to execution and final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong independence, good communication skills, and experience in BIM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the setup of the installation site, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
- Monitor the installation of ACMV systems such as ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), BMS system, ESCS system, Jet Fan system, and other components.
- Ensure that the installation is carried out according to safety regulations and that all team members are adhering to safety protocols (e.g., wearing PPE, following safety guidelines).
- Supervise the installation process to ensure that the work is completed to the required quality standards and complies with the project specifications and drawings.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues, constraints that arise during installation, working closely with engineers and technicians to provide solutions.

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in mechanical engineering or related qualifications
- Min 2 years on-site experience
- Experience in BIM is an added advantage
- Strong independence and good communication in English
- Able to work 5.5 days a week
