IT Infrastructure Strategist
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of IT solutions that enhance our clients' infrastructure.
This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable virtualization and networking solutions for enterprise customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT solution deployments for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design effective solutions that meet their goals.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements, optimizing IT infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
- Implement security and load balancing solutions to strengthen system reliability and protect against cyber threats.
- Conduct thorough assessments and recommend enhancements to IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including design plans and handover guides, to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Provide advisory support during pre-sales discussions, helping clients make informed decisions about IT solutions.
- Evaluate and ensure solutions comply with local regulatory and security standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with IT solutions in enterprise settings, demonstrating expertise in virtualization and IT infrastructure design.
- A strong background in virtualization, IT infrastructure design, and system optimization, with a proven track record of delivering projects that enhance system security and reliability.
- The ability to translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions, communicating complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Preferred Certifications:
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV / VCP-NV) or equivalent certification.
- NSX-T or AVI Load Balancer certifications, demonstrating advanced knowledge of VMware technologies.
- ITIL Foundation certification, showcasing expertise in IT service management and delivery.
