At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned VMware solution architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects. This role entails delivering robust, scalable, and secure virtualization solutions for enterprise clients by:
- Leading deployments and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and designing tailored solutions.
- Overseeing system upgrades, migrations, and performance enhancements to optimize system reliability.
- Implementing security measures and load balancing solutions to fortify system resilience.
- Conducting thorough assessments and recommending strategic enhancements to IT infrastructure.
- Preparing comprehensive project documentation, including design plans and handover guides.
- Providing advisory support during pre-sales discussions.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulatory and security standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-7 years of experience in VMware solutions in complex enterprise settings.
- A strong background in virtualization and IT infrastructure design.
- A proven track record of delivering projects involving system optimization and security enhancements.
- The ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with demonstrated documentation ability.
