Job Title: Assistant Manager Strategic Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Strategic Operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality improvement and process optimization initiatives across the division.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Align activities and processes required for service delivery across the division
  • Drive quality improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Support grant management administration such as project funding application and progress report submissions
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:
  • Have a degree in the appropriate field of study
  • Possess a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations & project management (healthcare environment an added advantage)
  • Display good organization skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Possess excellent people skills, as a team player and in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
