Then this job is for you We are looking for a strategic assistant to the CEO at Triple-A Technologies Your role would involve providing support to the CEO in various strategic aspects of the company's operations.

**Job Summary**:
The Strategic Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive business and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role involves a high level of involvement in key decision-making processes, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Presentation Preparation:

- Create visually appealing and informative presentations for internal meetings, board presentations, and clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and information for presentations.
- Ensure all presentations are accurate, concise, and aligned with the CEO's vision and messaging.

Meeting Coordination and Follow-Up:

- Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking detailed notes and capturing action items, summarizing key points and identifying action items.
- Prepare follow-up documents, reports, and presentations based on discussions and decisions made during meetings.

Communication Management:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on tasks.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare briefing documents and background materials for meetings and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Continuing or finished bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
- Able to commit 6 months for a full-time period
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for presentation creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Being a French speaker is a plus but not required.
