Job Opportunity: Laptop Repair Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laptop hardware analysis and resolve issues with defective units.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble computer systems to fix necessary components.
  • Manage damaged parts and returns, update repair status, and ensure compliance with customer policies.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of O Level or Higher Secondary/A Level/ITE or Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent education qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Technical knowledge in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications is essential.
