Are you looking for a leadership role where you can provide exceptional customer service and make a difference in the community?

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Expert to join our team. As a Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, preparing and serving food and drinks, managing cash register transactions, and maintaining product stock levels.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring workstations are clean, tidy, and in line with health and safety regulations.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you may be required to perform additional duties to support the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements:
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You should hold a minimum GCE 'N' level qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry is preferred, but applicants without experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate self-motivation.
  • Availability to work six days per week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
