Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and inquiries via phone, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless guest experience from the moment they inquire.
  • Input orders into the POS system with precision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in service areas, ensuring both guest comfort and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the flexibility and success of the team.
  • Provide excellent and efficient alcoholic beverage service to customer.
  • Comfortably handle alcoholic beverages in a vibrant nightlife environment, delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced setting.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly yakitori, and a willingness to learn more.
  • Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multuple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
