Job Title: Centre Director

A leading role awaits an experienced and visionary Centre Director to spearhead our preschool centre. This esteemed position demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to foster a culture of care, trust, and excellence within the Centre.
  • Mentor and coach staff to ensure seamless integration of industry regulations and standard operating procedures.
  • Promote health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards, while upholding the Centre's vision, mission, and values.
  • Establish strategies for mentoring, coaching, and skill development among staff, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Proactively address staff challenges, leveraging expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Drive effective classroom management strategies, leveraging best practices beyond the Centre level.
  • Evaluate initiatives aimed at enhancing the learning environment, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture within the Centre, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Provide direction for parent partnership and community engagement efforts, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Leadership) or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership or related field.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education highly valued.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching and management experience in a preschool setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
