Job Description:
The Centre Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care programmes.
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and review individual care plans (ICPs) to ensure they meet client needs and are delivered effectively.
- Manage staff training needs and plan training schedules to ensure adequate skills development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care programs that meet client needs.
- Conduct regular reviews of centre activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Preference given to candidates with nursing degree/diploma or eldercare certification.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a passionate disposition to look after frail seniors.
