Job Title: Learning Centre Director
The Learning Centre Director is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programmes. This position involves overseeing all aspects of centre management, including operations, programme development, human resource management, and public relations.
About the Role:
- Centre Operations
- Plan and coordinate educational programmes for students ,
- Manage housekeeping and facilities at the centre ,
- Oversee logistics and manage internal and external meetings with stakeholders .
- Program Development
- Understand client needs and develop suitable programmes to meet their requirements .
- Human Resource, Admin and Finance
- Champion human resource management, including recruitment and staff development ,
- Ensure statutory compliance with government bodies and authorities ,
- Provide financial stewardship and oversight .
- Public Relations, Sponsorship & Volunteer Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies, corporations, and community leaders ,
- Plan and produce reports for stakeholders ,
- Spearhead fundraising efforts and volunteer recruitment .
- Team Management
- Lead, support, and manage a team to achieve centre objectives .
About You:
- We are looking for an individual with a degree in any field, who has 10 years of experience in social work, counselling, or youth and children work, and 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a social service centre setting.
