We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our warehouse team.

Job Description
  • Provide support for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, and packing.
  • Deliver spare parts to other locations as a van driver on a regular basis.
  • Conduct detailed checks and testing on spare parts to ensure they are received in good condition.
  • Configure repaired or new spare parts.
  • Take inventory periodically and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor the movement of spare parts and update the system accordingly.
  • Print and apply labels for spare parts.
  • Handle reporting and documentation duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom environment.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
  • Have experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a related field.
  • Demonstrate basic computer skills.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and be well organized.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
Benefits
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts (7am - 4.30pm / 1pm).
