Job Title: Project Operations Lead

  • Manage and control daily work operations at project sites, ensuring efficient execution of construction and plant maintenance work.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize workflows of ongoing projects, prioritizing safety and quality requirements.
  • Implement safe work practices at the job site to achieve zero safety accidents.
  • Manage manpower and execute project sites effectively, collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, main contractors, and suppliers.
  • E nsure compliance with legal and organizational standards, maintaining accurate project documentation throughout all phases of construction.
