Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our construction team as the Site Management Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project activities to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.

  • The Site Manager will serve as the principal representative of the contractor, organizing and supervising project progress in accordance with established plans and schedules.
  • They will develop preliminary construction strategies, including staffing and administration, subject to review by senior project managers.
  • Key responsibilities include planning construction procedures, monitoring equipment and material procurement, and finalizing field personnel assignments.
  • The Site Manager will also authorize work purchases and services from external sources or subcontractors at the jobsite.
  • Additionally, they will collaborate with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to direct supervisors and workers to meet project requirements and deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, along with at least 5 years of experience in oil and gas, chemical construction, or a related industry. They should have expertise in executing construction projects in process/petrochemical plants and storage terminals.

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and implement effective construction strategies to meet project goals.
  2. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  4. Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and productivity among team members.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
