">Job Description
">- The Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process, collaborating with internal teams to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
- This includes monitoring and resolving any issues or delays in the onboarding process, maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- The successful candidate will also provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding and act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding period.
- Additionally, the Onboarding Manager will develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Degree holder with minimum 3 years of KYC/AML onboarding experience
