Job Description

Our team is seeking a skilled Hardware Support Specialist to provide top-notch IT hardware service and support on desktops, laptops for end users and corporate customers. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering timely updates to customers on service appointments, service status until closure of the services incidents.

You will ensure proper parts handling and movement within the team during transit to customers, support and troubleshoot hardware and software failures or problems, install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS, handle and manage end-users from start to finish, resolve and track assigned cases through ticketing systems, work closely with dispatchers, leads, and supervisors to ensure all jobs are completed and closed in a timely manner, and attend new product training via web-based training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum O level qualification
  • Relevant experience with basic hardware and software knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, willing to travel island-wide daily (roaming role), transport cost shall be reimbursed
  • 5 days work week
