Hardware Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, resolving complex hardware issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions tailored to project specifications, including creating schematics and BOM lists, and collaborating with the production department to implement these solutions.
- Diagnose and repair damaged circuit boards.
- Offer technical assistance to the service department and other teams, aiding in the resolution of operational issues within the car park systems.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. You should have fundamental understanding of analog and digital circuits, proficiency with communication interface circuits such as UART RS-232, RS-422, CAN Bus, and expertise in board-level control circuit design using EDA tools like Altium Designer. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of professional experience in a related field and be proficient in laboratory equipment and tools, including oscilloscopes, measuring devices, and hand soldering tools.
