Job Title: Cloud Services Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service Delivery Manager to lead our cloud operations team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of reliable and efficient cloud services, meeting client expectations, and driving continuous operational improvement.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure SLA adherence, efficiency, and client satisfaction through effective daily cloud service management.
  • Oversee incidents, changes, and problems while promoting operational stability and improvements.
  • Maintain cloud performance using tools to identify, resolve, and prevent recurring issues.
  • Foster strong client relationships, provide insights, and align services with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and secure cloud operations through detailed reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years' experience in service delivery, including 3 years in cloud operations.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including monitoring and incident management.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, ITIL, automation tools, and cloud cost optimization practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills to manage cross-functional teams.
