This role falls under the Group Retail department, responsible for managing relationships across various business segments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • To develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and revenue
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
