Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Manager, FFE Procurement. This position will be instrumental in developing and executing procurement strategies for OS&E and FF&E categories across new developments, renovations, and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, project management, and operations teams to align procurement with project specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
  • Managing supplier relationships, evaluating their performance, and negotiating optimal terms.
  • Preparing and managing procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency and value engineering.
  • Tracking and reporting on procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), savings, and spend analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction procurement processes and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
