Job Title: Strategic Procurement Leader

As a senior assistant director in the procurement strategy and digitalisation department, you will provide leadership to drive strategic procurement initiatives.

You will formulate and implement policies, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, governance, and innovation.

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead review of procurement policies and procedures to enhance cost structure, process efficiency, and governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise best practices on category sourcing across different business units.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in government procurement and leading data analytics initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Performance driven, result oriented with an attention to details and accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of IM (Procurement), Gebiz, and Gebiz Management Console (GMC).

Key Responsibilities:
