Job Title: Regional Customer Operations Coordinator">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting regional operations for a multinational customer in the electronics and electrical industry. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for the customer's regional operation team based in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal country account management teams in South Asia, Oceania, East Asia, and Japan to coordinate day-to-day regional operations matters and service performances.

Daily and monthly reporting on visibility and performance KPI reports will also be a key responsibility. The candidate may be required to work weekends during the last week of the month for month-end visibility and revenue maximization for the MNC customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional operations for a multinational customer in the electronics and electrical industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer's regional operation team based in Singapore.
  • Coordinate with internal country account management teams in South Asia, Oceania, East Asia, and Japan to manage day-to-day regional operations matters and service performances.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reporting on visibility and performance KPI reports.
  • Build strong relationships with the MNC customer and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Forwarding / Contract Logistics background will be an added advantage).
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and process orientation problem-solving skills.
  • Good initiative & ability to work with minimal supervision independently as well as in a team.
