The role of a Regional Operations Specialist involves providing support to clients in the Electronics & Electrical industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client's Regional Operation team based in Singapore.
- Coordinate with internal country account management teams in South Asia & Oceania, East Asia and Japan on day-to-day regional operations matters and service performances.
- Daily and monthly reporting on visibility and performance KPI reports. Support on weekends during the last week of the month for month-end visibility and revenue maximization for clients.
- Build strong relationships and foster rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in claims administration, coordinating and handling both internal and external claims related to clients.
- Support the development of reports, claims, insurance, and other requirements to meet business needs of clients.
- Promote regional opportunities to expand business share of clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or an equivalent discipline with at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Forwarding/Contract/Logistics) background will be an added advantage.
- Skill Development: Possess the ability to develop skills that contribute positively to job performance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
