About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing financial operations and teams within the APAC region. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts and billing specialists, managing budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting to support physical security services.

The Regional Finance Manager will be a forward-thinking finance professional with a strong command of financial systems, analytical skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a regional team of Financial Analysts and Billing specialists to manage budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Drive the development of annual budgets, oversee accurate and timely invoice processing, and ensure strong financial governance through auditing and error prevention.
  • Analyze complex financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Develop internal reporting tools, build strong relationships with global partners to ensure compliance with cost models and service level agreements, and lead special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a complex operations-focused environment.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in people management is required.
  • Experience in dealing with a global network of subsidiaries.
  • A proven track record of success in this capacity is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipating the team's needs to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences of senior leaders and being a skilled communicator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel.

This role involves travel at least 20% of the time and requires flexibility to work evening or weekend hours during the quarterly budget build and month-end closing cycle.
