Job Title: Senior Regional Operations Specialist

Job Description:

You will provide administrative, operational, and logistics support to ensure the smooth running of operations. This involves coordinating senior management at working-level meetings, engagement sessions, forums, focus-group discussions, and conferences involving stakeholders across headquarters and site teams.

You will assist in developing tracking and monitoring templates to support efficient planning and implementation of population health initiatives.

Additionally, you will help survey partners, residents, and patients on their satisfaction for projects run by RHS and support interns to deliver RHS programs smoothly while collating data for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Coordinating senior management at working-level meetings and engagements
  • Assist in developing tracking and monitoring templates
  • Help survey partners, residents, and patients on project satisfaction
  • Support interns to deliver RHS programs

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good organizing and coordinating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
