Job Title: Senior Regional Operations Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Operations Manager to oversee the overall facilities management across all regional offices. This role will involve managing office managers, business services, vendor relationships, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee facilities management across multiple regional offices
- Manage a team of office managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Coordinate business services, including reception, conference services, and travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Organize and execute corporate events
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a similar capacity within a corporate environment
- Previous experience in property management, administration, and procurement is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic planning and execution
- Property management and maintenance
