At our organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Ambassador. This position requires guiding customers through the process of creating digital IDs and providing assistance with various tasks.

This is a customer-facing role that involves working in a retail setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers and able to commit to shift work including weekends.

The job scope includes:

  • Guiding customers to create digital IDs
  • Assisting customers with app download and navigation
  • Providing support for microsite usage
  • Helping manage Q-matic system and issue queue tickets
  • Assisting with SIM and router exchange procedures
  • Supporting customers with prepaid top-ups
  • Responding to general enquiries at the service area

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Comfortable with customer-facing role in a retail setting
  • Able to commit to shift work including weekends
