Job Title: Grilling Specialist

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced grilling specialist to join our culinary team. As a teppanyaki chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food on a Teppanyaki grill while entertaining guests with your cooking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to established specifications and procedures.
- Cook and serve food on the Teppanyaki table while entertaining guests.
- Ensure high-quality food is served simultaneously in compliance with established standards.
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours.
- Store all food properly and safely, marking dates and items.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in culinary arts preferred.
