Grill Station Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate is required to specialize in Indian kebabs, tandoor, breads and other food items. The ideal candidate will take instructions and ideas from management and propose new menu items.
  • Prepare marinades, mise-en-place, and set up all stock stations for the kitchen team.
  • Cook and prepare all types of kebabs, starters, hot plate breads, and chapati or roti for our customers.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of the food served to our guests.
  • Provide prompt and speedy delivery of orders while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, cooking utensils, and equipment.
  • Monitor the performance of assistant cooks and the entire kitchen team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel as a Grill Station Specialist, you should have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
