Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and delivery services.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, while also driving efficiency and productivity within our teams.

You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement process improvements, and will be responsible for managing our fleet and driver performance.

In addition, you will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and will use your analytical skills to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own client operations and service excellence
  • Lead and execute Ops teams to KPIs
  • Run fleet and driver performance
  • Be data-driven and build/own dashboards
  • Improve margins and scope
  • Partner with Product/Eng
  • Handle start-up extras

Requirements:

  • Ops leadership experience (3+ years) in logistics, tech-enabled services, or marketplace ops
  • Analytical chops - strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with metrics and funnel thinking; SQL is a plus but not necessary
  • People & comms - clear decisions, crisp writing, and a calm presence in live ops
  • Financial sense - understanding of unit economics, budgets, and how process changes move margin
  • Compliance mindset - respect regulated workflows and secure data handling in day-to-day ops
