Job Title: Transaction Banking Business Strategist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to accelerate our transaction banking development. Our organization has identified Transaction Banking as a strategic priority, and we need to strengthen our expertise in this domain to drive business growth.


This role will lead the team to develop actionable frameworks and roadmaps for Transaction Banking, define capability architecture, and enhance product development.


The ideal candidate will have strong business skills across all aspects of Transaction Banking (Cash, Trade, Treasury) and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends.


A key responsibility of this position will be to collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand business goals and strategies, translate them into actionable frameworks and roadmaps, and create functional architecture blueprints.


The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining, documenting, and maintaining business capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives, developing maturity models for business capabilities, and identifying right sourcing options.


Additionally, the Transaction Banking Business Strategist will work closely with IT teams to map systems against capabilities, identify gaps, and align functional architecture with regional and global teams.


Another crucial aspect of this role is to analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identify gaps in current processes, and recommend solutions.


Furthermore, the successful candidate will work closely with UX teams to deliver best-in-class Omni-Channel experiences across all touch points.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong business skills across all aspects of Transaction Banking (Cash, Trade, Treasury)
  • Deep technical knowledge of the latest technologies and trends
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
  • Experience with business modeling tools and techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
