Junior L2 Production Support

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior L2 Production Support Analyst on a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth operation and maintenance of our client's banking applications.

You will work closely with the development team to perform system health checks, support application recovery, and handle production-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing system health checks to ensure optimal performance
  • Supporting application recovery to minimize downtime
  • Handling production-related tasks to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate from IT or Computer Science
  • Intermediate knowledge and good hands-on experience with SQL and Linux
  • Ability to commit to working shift hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Benefits:
