Job Title: Application Specialist

The Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions for application-related challenges.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent after-sales service to clients in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries.

Additionally, you will provide training and support to sales teams on hardware and software applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions for application-related challenges
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service to clients in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries
  • Support sales activities through equipment installation, demonstrations, and user training (hardware & software)
  • Assist in product launches, workshops, and seminar preparations

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Exposure to or knowledge of microscopy is preferred
  • Strong interest in software applications and a foundation in Biology, Optics, or Physics are welcome
  • Ability to work independently and also thrive as a team player
