Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert technical assistance and maintenance for various systems, networks, and desktop issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to daily onsite and offsite support activities, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues, and working with the product team on system enhancements or troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • A degree in IT or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop support and basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking principles.
  • Previous experience in customer support environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a rotational shift schedule, including AM and PM shifts, is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as CompTIA A+, are desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Travel to multiple sites may be required as needed.
