Key Responsibilities

  • Repairing or replacing faulty equipment as needed
  • Fabricating components to replace damaged or worn-out parts
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of heating and plumbing systems
  • Inspecting alarm systems and scheduling repairs when necessary
