Main Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Coordination:
    • Manage all maintenance activities for chiller systems, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Preventive Maintenance:
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of chiller systems.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with chillers, implementing effective repair solutions.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2-3 years of working experience in chiller maintenance.
  • Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of chiller systems and components.
