Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of specific projects;
- Coordinate project staff and provide guidance and support;
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders;
- Present reports defining project status, challenges and solutions;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project objectives;
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas;
- Attend site meetings with key stakeholders;
- Monitor construction progress and claims;
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of projects;
- Collaborate with site staff, supervisors, foremen and suppliers;
- Enforce adherence to construction safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
- 5-8 years of relevant working experience or 3 years in a similar capacity. Experience in building services is desirable;
- Comprehension of written and verbal instructions;
- Effective communication skills;
- Relevant experience in mechanical works;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Able to work under pressure with high initiative.
