Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to lead our Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital technologies and processes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and collaboration across projects in the built environment sector.

  • Leading and managing the successful implementation of the IDD strategy and framework across multiple projects is essential.
  • Developing and executing Project Digital Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets is crucial.
  • Championing the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other digital tools to optimize project outcomes is key.
  • Facilitating collaboration and communication between all project stakeholders through common data environments (CDE) is vital.
  • Overseeing the entire digital delivery lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and design coordination to construction sequencing and digital handover.
  • Managing project data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all team members.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with digital project delivery.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IDD implementation and project performance.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing IDD for project delivery within the built environment industry is necessary.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering projects using BIM and other digital construction technologies is required.
  • A strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is essential.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills are necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with various BIM software and CDE platforms is an advantage.
