Job Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on investment products and services, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our client offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
  • Good university degree and preferably professional qualifications such as CACS Papers I and II.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as this role requires effective communication with clients and colleagues.
