About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We offer a range of products and services, including deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment, and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Officer to join our Card Services Customer Fulfillment function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customers' requests, such as card cancellations, replacements, and bill payments
  • Completing requests with accuracy and meeting service level agreements
  • Managing and resolving customer feedback, complaints, and queries
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency, and service quality
  • Supporting digitization efforts and completing ad-hoc/admin tasks

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A recognized diploma and 2 years of relevant banking experience
  • Banking operations experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
